How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within metropolitan areas, while regional deliveries may take up to 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy for cosmetics?

Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 15 days of purchase. If a product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

Are Swiss Beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Swiss Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Do you offer international shipping?
